I liked his review because he seemed to have the same issue as me. But i wasn't even aware that he liked mine. As said i don't even know him.

I don't do stuff like that, but i am sure you can get his review removed if it isn't real. I don't like to lie and remove truth, which is why I don't particularly want to remove the review. At the same time i am not particularly fond of the idea of getting reported.

i have now removed the PayPal part.

What do i have to do to recieve a refund?

As i already said in the discord, i believed Nik's message to be in response to me asking for a refund and not the MySQL issue itself.

I can accept that you were not there yesterday so you were not able to announce anything, but then you should have done it once you were back, let your team do it for you or at least do it once you got the first complaint. (which you have still not done, and yes i know you have reactivated it for now)

It's up to you if you want a refund. Either way, we'll have the review removed by TrustPilot within a month anyways so up to you. You wrote the review despite ignoring Nik's message that he has a solution for you, so I am not sure why you are ignoring the fact that you missed that.

You're attacking us on getting banned on PayPal, you missed Nik's message to get you a fix, and then you're complaining about downtime which was caused by the MySQL being open. So you need to pick one, that's why the review is contradicting and funny. You were also banned cause I didn't want to argue about it anymore and you clearly wanted to leave.

In addition, I did state in the review response that I was at my brothers graduation yesterday, I was not working, and if I was, there would've been an announcement about the Remote SQL stuff, so at least we took some accountability.

(The PayPal thing just has no right to be in your review.)

Im sorry, but the only point that is a little overkill(ig?) is the paypal claim, though it is 100% true. (ig i should not have brought it up again)

I have been a paying customer for over a year now and when i first mentioned the remote mysql, the first thing i was told is that it was turned off and wont be turned on again.

After that i posted a review, which you then laughed about and talked shit about and then banned me.

Why should i remove the review?

In addition, you were mainly banned because your review has some many irrelevant points. Why are you mentioning a ban from PayPal in your review? That was no where near our fault and we worked insanely hard that March to get unbanned, which we never thought would happen, so that is the main reason why you were banned, is for you complaining about us being banned on PayPal.

The issue with that is that sites are likely to go down again as a result of opening MySQL to "wildcard" again.
I'll try to open it back up, but I cannot promise I'm not going to restrict it again if the same issue crops up.
